I forgot to add one last piece of this article: Edwin Blackgaard and Bart Rathbone. They both have the same explanation. Both their businesses were shut down in the same episode by a county health inspector, and never were heard about agian. That was Bart's last episode. Edwin was in one more, but this one had nothing to do with his shop.
